Scope of Works: We successfully completed critical remedial works on Level 32 of 101 Miller Street for our client, Mirvac, addressing significant water ingress issues that were impacting the building’s integrity and functionality. This project involved identifying leak sources, applying targeted waterproofing solutions, and restoring affected areas to ensure long-term protection against water damage.
