Remedial Works on Level 32

Scope of Works: We successfully completed critical remedial works on Level 32 of 101 Miller Street for our client, Mirvac, addressing significant water ingress issues that were impacting the building’s integrity and functionality. This project involved identifying leak sources, applying targeted waterproofing solutions, and restoring affected areas to ensure long-term protection against water damage.

Key Works Completed:

• Leak Investigation & Assessment – Conducted thorough water testing and diagnostics to pinpoint the exact locations and causes of water ingress.

• Surface Preparation & Waterproofing Application – Removed affected materials, cleaned and primed surfaces, and applied high-performance waterproofing membranes to seal all entry points.

• Structural Repairs & Reinstatement – Restored impacted areas with new waterproofing layers, sealing compounds, and final finishes to ensure a seamless integration with the existing building structure.

• Drainage Enhancements – Improved drainage solutions to prevent future water accumulation and redirect flow away from vulnerable areas.

• Final Testing & Quality Assurance – Conducted post-remediation water testing to confirm effectiveness and ensure a fully watertight solution.
