Scope of Works: Our team successfully completed a major laboratory fit-out at the Hilmer and SEB Buildings at the University of New South Wales (UNSW) in Kensington, involving the installation of 330 fume cupboards. This large-scale project was delivered to enhance the university’s medical and research facilities, ensuring compliance with safety standards while providing a highly efficient laboratory environment.

Supply & Installation of 330 Fume Cupboards – High-performance fume cupboards were installed to provide safe air extraction, protecting researchers and students from hazardous substances.

Integration with Laboratory Services – Connected each fume cupboard to laboratory-grade ventilation, ducting, and exhaust systems, ensuring optimal performance.

Mechanical, Electrical & Plumbing (MEP) Coordination – Installed and commissioned specialist services, including extraction fans, filtration units, electrical controls, and gas connections.
