Sharetea Defit & Fit-Out

Scope of Works: We successfully completed the defit and fit-out of a new Sharetea store at Greenwood Plaza for our client, Mirvac, in collaboration with Sharetea. This project involved the full strip-out of the existing tenancy and the seamless installation of a modern, high-functionality bubble tea store, designed to align with Sharetea’s brand standards and customer experience goals.
Key Works Completed:

Defit & Make Good Works – Full removal of existing fixtures, fittings, and services, ensuring a clean and compliant handover for the new fit-out.

New Shop Fit-Out – Installation of high-quality joinery, service counters, beverage preparation areas, and customer service stations.

Mechanical, Electrical & Plumbing Services – Coordination and installation of all required services, including water filtration, refrigeration, and lighting to support operational efficiency

Brand-Specific Finishes & Compliance – Implementation of Sharetea’s branding elements, signage, and interior finishes while ensuring compliance with shopping centre and regulatory requirements.

Final Testing & Handover – Comprehensive quality checks and commissioning to deliver a fully operational and visually appealing retail space.
